  • Check in 45 minutes before departure with your original passport or Emirates ID.
  • The shared weight limit is 110 kg per passenger; exclusive flights are limited to 450 kg in total.
  • Children under 2 cannot fly; children aged 2–12 must fly with a guardian and pay full price.
  • Bags, hats and scarves go in free lockers.
  • The operator recommends booking at least three days ahead, and early in your trip in case of weather delays.

How much is the City Circuit?

AED 1,450 per seat, AED 6,353 for an exclusive flight for up to six, or AED 7,410 for an exclusive seven-seater, VAT included (checked 29 September 2026).

Are there longer flights?

Yes, but only as private charters: a 45-minute Imperial tour (AED 11,463 for up to seven) and a 60-minute Gulf Desert tour (AED 15,593).

What if the weather is bad?

Falcon will try to reschedule; if you cannot, you get a full refund for bookings made directly with Falcon Heli Tours.
