Good to know

  • Check in no later than 45 minutes before departure with your original passport or Emirates ID.
  • Children must be at least 2, pay full price and, up to age 12, fly with a guardian.
  • The shared-flight limit is 110 kg per passenger; no tours if a seat-belt extender is needed.
  • Only cameras, phones and sunglasses are allowed on board.
  • Smoking, food and drinks are banned on the helicopter.
  • Winter sunsets come early, which can affect late-afternoon flights.

How much is the Iconic tour?

AED 979 per seat, AED 4,525 for an exclusive flight for up to six, or AED 5,280 for an exclusive seven-seater, VAT included (checked 29 September 2026).

Can I choose where I sit?

You can ask, but seating is decided by the weight of all passengers, so it cannot be guaranteed.

What if I cancel?

Cancel more than 48 hours ahead for a full refund; 24–48 hours gives a 50% refund; within 24 hours there is no refund.
