  • Bring your original passport; UAE residents can use an Emirates ID.
  • Check in no later than 45 minutes before departure; late arrivals may lose the flight.
  • Children under 2 cannot fly. Children aged 2 and over pay full price, and those aged 2–12 must fly with a guardian.
  • The shared-flight weight limit is 110 kg per passenger; heavier passengers must buy an extra seat, and no tours are possible if a seat-belt extender is needed.
  • Pregnant passengers can fly up to 32 weeks; the operator advises checking with your doctor.
  • Only cameras, phones and sunglasses go on board; bags, hats and scarves go in free lockers.
