Complaints and consumer information

Version 0.1 Effective

In short

  • For problems with our website or content, write to us through our contact page.
  • For a booking (payment, changes, cancellation, refund), contact the partner or operator you booked with first: they are the seller.
  • If we cannot resolve your complaint, you can contact the Romanian consumer authority ANPC or use alternative dispute resolution (SAL).

Who to contact

Dubai Activity is an information website. We do not sell activities or travel services, so it matters who your complaint is about:

About a booking
Payment, confirmation, changes, cancellations, refunds and the service itself are handled by the partner platform or operator you booked with. Please contact them first, using the contact details in your booking confirmation. If you do not get an answer, tell us: we cannot decide the case, but we can raise it with the partner where we have a relationship with them, and review whether we should keep recommending the product.
About our website
Incorrect information, prices that differ from the partner’s price, unclear labelling of ads, reviews, accessibility, or how we handle your personal data: contact us directly.

How to make a complaint to us

Send your complaint through our contact page. To help us deal with it quickly, please include:

  • your name and how we can reply to you;
  • the address of the page concerned, or the name of the activity or partner;
  • what happened, when, and what you would like us to do;
  • for booking issues, the partner’s name and your booking reference (do not send card details).

You can also write to us by post at our registered office: BRANDNEST S.R.L., Str. Corvinilor nr. 5, bl. Corp D, et. III, ap. 8, 440080 Satu Mare, Satu Mare County, Romania.

What happens next

We confirm that we have received your complaint, look into it and give you a written answer explaining our decision. Our target is to reply within 30 calendar days; if we need more time, we will tell you why and when to expect an answer. Requests about your personal data are answered within the time limits set by the GDPR, as described in our privacy policy.

National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC)

If you are a consumer and are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC): ANPC website. Consumers in other countries can also contact their national consumer authority.

Alternative dispute resolution (SAL)

Consumer disputes can also be settled out of court through alternative dispute resolution (SAL) bodies. Information about the procedure and the approved bodies is on the ANPC page about alternative dispute resolution.

Courts

Using our complaint procedure, ANPC or SAL does not stop you from going to court. Information about applicable law and jurisdiction is in our terms of use.
