About these terms

These terms of use apply to the website dubaiactivity.com (“Dubai Activity”, “we”, “us”), operated by BRANDNEST S.R.L., Str. Corvinilor nr. 5, bl. Corp D, et. III, ap. 8, 440080 Satu Mare, Romania (Trade Register no. J2024035337003, VAT/tax ID RO50780530). Full company details are in our imprint.

By using the website you agree to these terms. If you create an account, you will be asked to accept the current version explicitly. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

These terms work together with our privacy policy, cookie policy, affiliate disclosure, how we rank and review and review and content policy.

Our role: information and links, not a seller

Dubai Activity publishes information, guides and comparisons about activities, attractions, hotels, restaurants, transfers and other travel services in Dubai. At this stage:

• we do not sell activities, tickets, tours, accommodation or other travel services, and we do not take payments for them;
• when you click a booking or availability button, you are taken to a partner website (for example an activity booking platform) or to the operator’s own website;
• any booking is a contract between you and that partner or operator, under their terms and conditions, cancellation policy and privacy policy. Please read them before you book;
• the partner or operator is responsible for the booking, payment, confirmation, changes, cancellations, refunds and for delivering the service.

We may receive a commission from partners when you book through our links. This does not change the price you pay. See our affiliate disclosure for how this works.

If we start selling services directly in the future, separate terms of sale will apply to those purchases and will be shown to you before you pay.

Prices, availability and currency conversion

Prices are indicative

Prices shown on Dubai Activity come from partners or from our own checks and are provided for information. Partners can change prices and availability at any time, so the price on our page may differ from the price when you book. Where possible we show when a price was last checked. The final, binding price is the one shown on the partner’s website before you pay.

We aim to show the total price for what is described, including taxes. Where unavoidable extra costs are known (for example the Dubai Tourism Dirham fee paid at hotels, or park fees), we show them next to the price. We do not show crossed-out “was” prices unless we can show the lowest price applied in the previous 30 days.

Currency conversion is approximate

If you choose to see prices in a currency other than the one used by the partner (often UAE dirham, AED), the converted amount is an approximation based on an exchange rate from the date shown. The amount you are actually charged depends on the partner, its currency and your payment provider, and may include fees from your bank or card issuer.

Availability

Availability, schedules, opening hours and inclusions can change without notice. Always confirm the details on the partner’s website or with the operator before you travel.

Accuracy of information

We work to keep our guides and listings accurate and up to date, and we show when a guide was last reviewed. Travel information changes often, however, and we cannot guarantee that every detail is complete or current at the moment you read it.

Information on visas, entry rules, health, safety, transport and local laws is general guidance, not legal or professional advice. Always check official government sources before you travel; we link to them in our guides where relevant.

If you spot a mistake, please tell us through our contact page. We correct errors as soon as we can.

Accounts

Some features, such as saving a wishlist across devices or writing reviews, may require an account. If you create one:

• give accurate information and keep your password secure and private;
• you are responsible for activity under your account; tell us promptly if you think it has been misused;
• you can close your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting us;
• we may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why, unless the law prevents us or the breach is serious (for example fraud or attacks on the website).

Acceptable use

When using Dubai Activity, you must not:

• break any applicable law or anyone else’s rights;
• post false, misleading, offensive or unlawful content, including fake or paid-for reviews;
• try to access parts of the website, accounts or systems you are not authorised to access, or interfere with its security or performance;
• use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to copy content or data in bulk, except search engines that respect our robots rules;
• manipulate our affiliate links, click tracking or rankings;
• use the website to send spam or unsolicited advertising.

Reviews and other content you submit

If you submit a review, photo or other content, you confirm that it reflects your own genuine experience and that you have the rights to share it. You keep ownership of your content. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to publish, display, translate and adapt it on Dubai Activity and in materials promoting the website, for as long as it remains published.

We moderate content according to our review and content policy. We do not remove reviews because they are negative.

Intellectual property

The texts, photos, illustrations, 3D models, design, logo and software of Dubai Activity are owned by BRANDNEST S.R.L. or used under licence from their owners. You may view, print and share links to our pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use, such as copying our content to another website, republishing it or using it to train automated systems, requires our prior written permission.

Some content belongs to third parties and is used under their terms:

• images and data supplied by partners are used under the terms of the relevant partner programme;
• maps are based on OpenStreetMap data, © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database License (ODbL);
• the map software MapLibre GL JS (BSD 3-Clause licence), the Inter and Noto Sans typefaces (SIL Open Font License) and the map icons from Tangrams (MIT licence) are used under their licences;
• names of attractions, hotels, venues and brands are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe them. Their use does not mean that we are an official partner of, or endorsed by, their owners.

Links to other websites

Our pages link to partner websites, operators and official sources. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, availability, terms or privacy practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

Our liability

We provide Dubai Activity with reasonable care and skill. Because we are not a party to your booking, we are not responsible for:

• the services provided by partners or operators, including their quality, safety, cancellations, changes, refunds or any injury, loss or damage connected with those services;
• differences between prices or details shown on our pages and those shown by partners at the time of booking;
• decisions you take based on general information on our website that you did not confirm with the provider or an official source;
• temporary unavailability of the website, for example during maintenance or because of events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where the law does not allow it, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or wilful misconduct, or your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.

Changes to these terms and versions

Each version of these terms has a version number and an effective date, shown on this page. We may update the terms when our services, the law or our partners’ requirements change. If we make a significant change, we will tell registered users in advance by a notice on the website or in their account, and ask them to accept the new version where required. The version in force when you use the website applies to that use.

Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts that the law allows you to use, including the courts of your country of residence where applicable.
