- Arrive at least 30 minutes before departure; if you miss the boat there is no refund or later slot.
- Pregnant women and anyone with back or neck problems are not allowed.
- The operator's terms say children must be 5 or older; its booking page says 4+ and at least 15 kg.
- A tour needs at least 6 passengers; otherwise you are offered a free reschedule or full refund.
- No hotel pickup and no food on board.
