Good to know
- You must be 18 to 75 on the day of the jump; people aged 70 to 75 need a doctor-stamped Declaration of Fitness.
- Weight and BMI limits apply: women 90 kg or less and BMI 27.5 or less; men 100 kg or less and BMI 30.0 or less. You are weighed in clothes and shoes at check-in.
- No alcohol or drugs for 24 hours before, and no scuba diving in the 24 hours before your jump.
- The time on your booking is your arrival time, not the jump time. Expect three to four hours on site, longer if wind puts operations on standby.
- The Palm Dropzone contact page listed opening hours of 07:00 to 11:00, Thursday to Monday, closed Tuesday and Wednesday (checked 29 September 2026).
- Wear laced sports shoes and clothes that cover the thighs; sandals, swimwear, sleeveless and low-cut tops are not allowed.
Minimum age: 18 years.
Accessibility
Accessibility not confirmed. Guests who use a wheelchair must email Skydive Dubai before booking; the operator says it cannot always accommodate these requests.
Cancellation policy
Full refund if you cancel by email at least 24 hours ahead. Changes or cancellations within 24 hours cost the price of the jump, and there is no refund if you do not meet the age, weight or BMI rules.

How much does a tandem skydive at the Palm cost?
On 29 September 2026 Skydive Dubai listed AED 2,199 for the jump with medical insurance only, and AED 2,749 with standard video and photos. A one-minute highlight reel costs AED 150 extra and a selfie-view camera AED 250.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Email the operator at least 24 hours before and you get a full refund. Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice costs the price of the jump. No refund is given if you fail the age, weight or BMI checks.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Wind is the main cause of delays. If conditions do not improve, operations are cancelled for the day and you can move to the next available date or ask for a refund.
Can I turn up without a booking?
You can join a daily waiting list at the Palm Dropzone. Walk-ins pay a AED 300 booking fee on top of the jump price, and a limited number of priority slots cost an extra AED 700.
