Questions and answers
How much is the Open Water course?
Nemo listed the full course at AED 1,995, the shorter PADI Scuba Diver course at AED 1,750 and an Open Water Premium course with one dive at Deep Dive Dubai at AED 2,835 (29 September 2026).
How long does it take?
Usually three to four days (four sessions), plus 4–6 hours of online study. It can also be spread over several weeks.
Why are the sea dives in Fujairah?
Nemo says Dubai has no natural reefs, so the open-water dives are done at Dibba Al Fujairah for better visibility and marine life.
Can I get a refund?
Nemo's terms say course refunds are not paid in cash or to cards; they are given as Nemo credit vouchers. Courses must be rescheduled 48 hours in advance.
