Do I need experience?
No. The easiest problems suit complete beginners, and the Starter Pack intro covers movement, safe falling and reading a route.
How long should I plan for?
The gym says most first sessions last one and a half to two hours including the intro. Day passes have no time limit.
What are the opening hours?
10am to 11pm Monday to Friday, and 10am to 10pm at weekends and on public holidays.
Can children climb?
Yes. Children aged 7 to 11 can climb during normal hours with a qualified adult supervising; 12 and over can climb on their own.
