Hero Balloon Flights, the new name of Balloon Adventures Dubai, flies at sunrise over the Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve. The Signature Experience adds a falcon show, a short vintage Land Rover drive, a chef-designed breakfast and a camel ride. It runs daily from 1 October to 31 May and takes about five hours.

    Good to know

    • Flights run daily from 1 October to 31 May only.
    • Pickup is very early, between about 03:00 and 05:30; the exact time is sent the evening before.
    • Children under 7 cannot fly; children aged 7–11 pay the child rate.
    • Pregnant guests and people with recent major surgery, recent broken limbs or chronic back or neck pain cannot fly; guests over 60 must sign an extra waiver.
    • Online bookings close at 17:00 the day before.
    • Fog or wind can delay take-off; breakfast may then come before the flight.

    Minimum age: 7 years.

    Accessibility

    Accessibility not confirmed. Toilets are available at the breakfast site. The operator lists several medical restrictions for flying; ask before booking if you have limited mobility.

    Cancellation policy

    Full refund for cancellations up to 18 hours before pickup when booked on the operator's website. If the pilots cancel for weather, you get another date or a full refund.

    How much does the balloon flight cost?

    On 29 September 2026 the operator listed the Signature Experience at AED 1,695 per adult and AED 1,395 per child aged 7–11. The Private Experience started from AED 12,950 for two guests.

    How long is the flight?

    The flight itself lasts 45–60 minutes depending on the weather. The whole trip, from pickup to drop-off, takes about five to six hours.

    What happens if the weather is bad?

    The pilots decide whether it is safe to fly. If the flight is cancelled you are offered another date or a full refund.

    Is this the same company as Balloon Adventures Dubai?

    Yes. The old Balloon Adventures web address now redirects to Hero Balloon Flights, and the site title names both.

    Can I cancel?

    Bookings made on the operator's website get a full refund if cancelled up to 18 hours before pickup.
