Any Big Bus stop; the Red Route starts at Wafi Mall (in front of Pharaoh's Club, near valet parking) and the Blue Route at Financial Centre Road by the main entrance of the Zabeel parking area (Burj Khalifa / Dubai Mall).
Good to know
- The Red Route runs 10:00–17:00 every 60 minutes; the Blue Route runs 10:30–16:30 every 2 hours.
- A full loop of either route takes about 1 hour 30 minutes.
- Infants aged 0–2 ride free; the child rate covers ages 3–11.
- Tickets are digital: add your booking in the Big Bus app and activate it on the day.
- Most buses are wheelchair accessible; contact Big Bus to confirm.
- Service can be suspended in very bad weather or for city events; check the service page on the day.

How much is a Big Bus Dubai ticket?
With the currency set to AED on 29 September 2026, the official site showed full prices of AED 176.28 (24-hour Discover), AED 220.35 (48-hour Essential) and AED 297.47 (5-day Explore) for adults, with online discounts of up to 15% on selected tickets. These AED figures are converted from US dollar prices, so they may change with the exchange rate.
Which routes are included?
All three tickets cover both the Red City Tour and the Blue Beach Tour.
How long does a full loop take?
About 1 hour 30 minutes on either route, not counting time spent off the bus.
Can I change my date?
Yes. Big Bus sells these as fully flexible tickets with free date changes.
